How It Works

Simple:Q&A is a question and answer site aimed at helping you organise the information within your company.

When you sign up you create a private site accessible only to you and any users you add.

Users can search the site to find answers to the information they require to get their job done.

If they can't find what they are looking for they can create a new question on the site. At this point an email alert is sent out to designated experts within your company who will be able to go onto the site and answer the question.

The user who asked the question is then sent an email letting them know their question has been answered.

This answered question then remains on the site for other users to search for in the future.
